Damn, how I love this annual contest! You guys are very creative. Arthritis and being on/off the road a lot prevents me from doing one up. Back in my much younger days, me and late hubby threw epic Halloween bashes w/ live band, search parties for passed out drunks in our field, and cops staging roadblocks at both ends of our road. Ah, good times!

Too funny but we had some new neighbors across from us and they were convinced we were Druids or some such tribe due to the unorganized search party holding camping lanterns, makeshift torches walking edge of our field looking for any drunks passed out since it was fixin' to storm at one of our Halloween parties.

Kind of like a scene that would have ended up on cutting room floor while putting Tom Hanks movie, The 'Burbs, together in editing.
