Themselves, and all FedGov minions, naturally. This is to be expected. However, did you know that the official exemption list includes; 1) All employees of Big Pharma 2) All "homeless" people 3) All illegal immigrants and, the really sinister one ... 4) All Chinese "students" in the USA?  4 Is not really sinister it's about money for the indoctrination centers, Chinese make up almost 400,000 or 35% of international students. The other 3 bother me more.
