Yes, my wife is currently going through the same thing.

She said she's getting a haircut too, ironically delayed 2 weeks because her stylist has "The Flu".

She panicked for weeks about it.

Wet drowned rats found at the drain of the shower.

She obsessed over it.

Says she can see "little stubble" coming in so she thinks it's just all her old hair thats going out and she's getting new hair that will take awhile to grow back.
