Remember Kennedy's infamous secret society speech? Supposedly he said it was a globalist conspiracy that controls us all by "covert means" , and I can see where that would make sense, but thats not what he said. He actually said "covet means". Listen to it yourself. The devil is in the details. Now look up what covet means, and see if it doesn't fit perfectly.  And what if *someone* gets to "coveting" your organs, while you are still using them? What then? In this world they take them, they hollow your ass out. And they'll take your kids, your money, your belongings, whatever they desire
