I actually think my ex is about to leave the country.
She made all the money since I am disabled and couldn't work the last few years.
She essentially tricked me off the house title using threats and coercion. Has lied to the courts saying we broke up in 2013 etc. All in an attempt to not have to split assets properly or pay spousal supports.
She refuses to contact or return my emails regarding my stuff I left behind..
I think since she is from Australia, she is about to flee the country. Our house is currently up for sale in a hot market. It won't last long.
She would be liable, in a normal outcome, for 50% of the house and paying me 1200/month or 1900/month in support for 10 years. The house was almost paid off after 10 years so the split would be something like 90k each
I think that is why she lied about us breaking up in 2013 but her lies are countered by the fact we filed joint income taxes till 2021 not to mention family witnesses who know we didn't breakup..

Anyways. So I went to the store Alexa works at today. I figured let me sell myself. But subtly. Lol

Shaved. Had my hair looking nice and wavy. Wore my favorite sleeveless muscle shirt. Etc etc.

When she saw me? She immediately smiled and motioned for me to come to the counter. She asked me for my name. First time she’s ever done that in all the time I’ve been going to her store. I always only knew her name. So after telling her. I decided to go for it. I asked her if we could talk on the phone. And she paused for a second and shook her head and said “no I can’t….I’m sorry “. And. I paused and asked why? And she said “I have a boyfriend”. And her demeanor changed. As if she got sad. And I said ok. And grabbed my things and left and she said bye as I walked out and I returned saying bye too.
