When you sell a position do you swap it for another coin pegged to USD? Or do you transfer to bank? Where are you supposed to sell it to?

Is it okay to swap to something like TrueUSD or USDT? Coins that are pegged to the USD? Laws in Poland are different than in US. Basically I sell it to USD or PLN and then I hold it on exchange in these currencies and some of the money I withdraw at ATM. Or straight to the bank account.
