The lymph system is what is inflamed. The only real soulution is to fast for several days... or get some antibiotics.. in the case of strep.

If it is a chronic thing, fast for five days. get into fasting culture. If you haven;t ever fasted, give yourself a year to learn.
Start short and increase the length. I promise you, it is worth the effort.
