I don’t think that’s gonna fly OP. The only thing you might get out of that is a few days in jail for “contempt of court” for refusal to comply”.

When the judge asks the potential jurors if they have any questions, ask them if they can explain how the process of “jury nullification” works. You will almost certainly be dismissed of jury duty immediately.

What worked for me once is I asked for religious exemption because “I cannot pass judgement onto others. Only God and Jesus can judge others”.
