I don't know about nervous, but women are more friendly lately.
Of course I have lost 20 lbs, exercised up my chest arms and legs and shaved the grey out of my beard.

The thing is since the lockdowns, so many couples were forced to actually spend time with each other and therefore discovered that they can't stand each other.
There are a lot of people who are used to being a part of a couple and are now alone.
They are just trying to be normal for themselves.
Sure there are plenty of women looking for a male to subsidize their life and their 3 kids from 5 different guys, but, there are a lot of broken lives in the past year and a half.

I've lost hope of ever finding a good woman. My wife is a complete stranger anymore, she's gone to the liberal ways. I stay with her because of our children and trying to have a whole home. We have fun and love our kids and they don't see what's wrong with our relationship. Frankly, after this marriage, I will no longer be in search of love. Love is an illusion when it comes to courtship. A wife is s supposed to stand by her man and support him when he struggles, or nurture his ideas and passions. Yet I do this for her but receive nothing but accusations of ulterior motives or always playing devil's advocate. I've stopped trying to be romantic and my cries to go out and rekindle our love, falls on deaf ears. I'm so lonely and my anxiety and depression are a constant battle. I've followed my dream to start my own business and took a risk and it's slow but there is great potential, she has not once tried to help me, nor support my dream or passions but only to criticize me for doing something so foolish even though I am quite good at what I do. I do all of the cooking, I fix everything that's broken and save us a ton of money, I grow a garden every year and can delicious sauces that I use to feed our kids trough out the winter, I play with my kids and keep them laughing and happy, but I never seem to do enough for her. All women have done for me over the years was utterly destroy me but I kept coming back, thinking this is the one, always to be crushed again. I'm done, after this relationship, I will be alone. Half my life is gone, at least when my kids are old enough, I can do everything I want to do with out being made to feel selfish for trying to do things that make me happy. I get looks from attractive women from time to time but its meaningless to me, because all I think is how they will hurt me like all of the others. I'll be much happier alone.

A good friend of mine's sister has recently been contacting me asking how I am out in the middle of nowhere.

She said she'd heard from her brother who I have pretty regular contact with, that I was preparing for and expecting shit to start going south pretty rapidly.
