Re: Having panic/anxiety attacks every time I get behind the wheel to drive? How to get rid of this???
Have always dealt with anxiety my entire life.

Panic attacks started around 2019.

This past month they have been intense and occurring almost daily.

And now they happen every time I drive.

Not on any medication.

CBD gummies have helped some.

I am definitely an empath.

These attacks are wearing me down physically and mentally. Every moment feels like an OOB experience. The feelings of derealization and depersonalization are crazy.

What can help fix this?

Are you in a weed legal state? CBD is good but look for a CBD/CBN combo edible or oil.
Can you find a way to focus your energy straight ahead and forget the surroundings during a normal day? If so, can you apply that to driving?
What about driving is the hardest for you?

Think of the most horrible thing that could happen? After you realize you aren’t going to die, it all comes easier. Somehow get in charge of your life again. Care less, be happy more. What can go wrong? Death? Not likely, so just keep living.

Did something traumatic happen to you?

That can have something to do with it.

I wish you all the best.

I had the same issue.

It happened after an incident on the way home from San Diego.

I believe I was poisoned by one of two Los Alamos lab guys I had met at a reception in the hotel lobby.

Felt like shit all the way home. Thought I was going to die.

Heart was racing, tingling in my arms and legs.

Terrible abdominal pain.

Barely made it home.

Went to the ER. After a shit ton of tests, they FOUND NOTHING!!!

For the longest time I had issues driving any distance from home.

Praise YaH I was finally delivered from it.

Long story short ALWAYS watch your drink, never leave it at the table when you go to the restroom, and NEVER accept a drink from anyone!!!

Shalom...

Eliyah

Learn some deep breathing exercises and use them when you are feeling anxiety/panic before and after you get in your car. This helped me more than anything, even anti-anxiety meds.

If you have to go the medication route...just FYI, Ativan works quicker and the best for panic.

I am so sorry you are having to deal with this, I know how frightening it can be.

Re: Having panic/anxiety attacks every time I get behind the wheel to drive? How to get rid of this???
Since you say you are an empath, it sounds to me like this is primarily an emotional/ spiritual issue.

Try just sitting at home regularly doing nothing at all, but just feel your feelings. That can hep process a lot of pent up emotion and past pain.

Is there is any type of meditation or spiritual practice you are drawn to? 15 minutes a day will make a huge difference. Even just starting with 5 minutes is worth it.

Taking 3 deep breaths the moment you start to feel anxious is useful.

More time outside in nature can help rebalance you.
Spend as much time a possible, doing things you love, following your passions.
The world is so insane right now, it is very stressful for many of us. Plus all the incredibly weird vibes from the vaxed contingent really make it feel extremely strange.

And upon rereading your post it occured to me
("Every moment feels like an OOB experience. The feelings of derealization and depersonalization are crazy."), it also sounds like ascension symptoms.

Stay present, follow your intuition and breathe.

I know someone who became the exact same way. He had become an alcoholic though. I don't know if you drink a lot or not but it can trigger panic attacks in some people. Worse thing probably is to avoid your fear and stop driving like he did. Just try to stay off the interstate or busy roads for awhile until you find something to calm your nerves.

I wonder what is causing that. Was someone you were close to killed in a car accident in 2019?
 Quoting: 936432979

Thankfully no.

But these issues became a major problem around that time.
 Quoting: EyeSurvived2020

Triggers sometimes don't have a direct association .

Like a toothache creating pain in another area of the head.

Sometimes triggers can associate with earlier traumatic events experienced and forgotten.

Like a child stung by a bee while sitting in a car seat , adult version has an anxiety connected to vehicles not triggered until bitten again.

Weird.

I’m an empath.

And I am having exactly the same symptoms.

Hm.
 Quoting: OrdinaryHousewife

I'm an empath, and the issue I have while driving is everyone is so obviously disregarding towards everyone around them while driving / cutting people off in the most cutthroat style possible for no reason that, it's obvious most people aren't going to make it to 5D reality. Which is sad. I think yall are just picking up on the fact that almost no one is masking their nasty side anymore while driving for some reason. I guess it fills people's need to dominate others as they see their world falling apart or whatever.

You're having the 10 hour post alcohol consumption nervous system over load. Stop drinking heavily, and stop drinking alcohol every day. You don't have to admit it here online, but that's what is happening.

OP how old are you?
I had the same problem since childhood until i did a past life regression. I found out that i died in a head on track crash in my last life.

Get a past life regression done. May be you died in a car crash?

After the regression my confidence increased even though i have been in a couple of fender benders!

Maybe got a spirit attachment in 2019, or had them, and then another of someone who died in car accident took hold more recently?
Spirit detachment therapy or depossession may be needed.

Re: Having panic/anxiety attacks every time I get behind the wheel to drive? How to get rid of this???
When we lived in suburbia and I had to commute one way an hour and a half with no option but to take the major highways, I began to get major anxiety attacks. I had cheated death on more then one occasion driving on that fucking highway. It got to the point that I would freaking be crying all the way to work and back, wondering if this was the day I would die on that god forsaken highway with the idiot drivers. NOTHING really helped at all, except MOVING to the country and refusing to ever do a stupid commute like that again.

Currently working from home, since when they shut it down here because of Covid. Refusing to get the jab with the work mandate.. so far I think I may have now until January.. We will find out more in November. But once they call back to business as usual and they expect us to go back into the office, I will leave. I will never go back to that ridiculous commute.

Find something closer to home to work in. Even if it is not paying as much, the mental relief is all worth it. You will save on wear and tear on your car, car insurance and gas. It is well worth it my friend.

Sometimes we can have a physical symptom, and think it is a mental symptom.

Could you be allergic to your car? Do you have one of those "air fresheners"? One of my cars had a wheel well that was always damp. It grew mold.

Gas smell has a weird effect on my capillaries. I've had fingers go white from smelling gas.

Could you have vertigo? (an inner ear problem)
