Forum Administrator 10/19/2021 10:07 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I'm waiting too, but because I think a wave of foreclosures will soon hit with all the people who did not pay their mortgage/rent during COVID. Quoting: Lady Jane Smith Takes time for the process to play out. The properties will likely start to hit the market in Spring. Except if the old people die they'll transition to the USSA and you ain't going to own shit! Perhaps in libbieland. There are large sections of this country that will not go quietly into USSA. User ID: 78810024 10/19/2021 10:18 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Well, they're doctors so presumably they can afford not to live in the ghetto, so take the majority-unvaxxed minority-owned real estate off the table as potential target purchases for them. That leaves the white-owned suburban real estate. Maryland has a 65% fully-vaxxed rate and a 72% one-dose rate. If you take out the minority population which skews those numbers down, the white population of Maryland is probably in the 75% fully-vaxxed range. That doesn't prove that these doctors are expecting the vaxxed to be the ones doing the dying, but if they're expecting an unvaxxed genocide, there's not going to be nearly as much real estate available for them to purchase at bargain basement prices as the other way around. ive seen a few biden signs in my area out by the road. all you see from the road is trees and a paved driveway. uasually those lead to lavish homes. and i know some people to old to think for themselves and they have let the T.V. do the thinking for them. nice 3 bedroom in the most desirable township in the county. i live in a neighborhood where if a sign goes up for sale, its gone by the end of the week. i often see homes change hands without signs or realtors. I also see a woman and her mother walk around the block wearing masks. capiche Last Edited by calamity john on 10/19/2021 10:20 AM i have looked into the abyss and see the abyss staring back at me. |

User ID: 79137772 United States 10/19/2021 10:30 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | It is because the People far more intelligent than millennialss born in 1946 to 1966 are hitting 75. The average age for a US man is 77 and for a women is 81 years old. Not to mention Americas keep getting fatter. The rates of heart Disease , diabetes, and cancer are increasing and life expectancy for US has been dropping for the last 5 years. Now through in a COVID shot and that too could have an impact. When one person dies in a pair of elderly people, it is not uncommon for the family member to move to a more manageable place or move in with family. Also there are more single elderly people since there was so much divorce in the People far more intelligent than millennials generation. So, this means the kids of the People far more intelligent than millennialss will be looking to split up the property to increase their inheritance. Most of these homes are dated but kept up well for the most part. They area's also in older area's and do not meat modern taste of Gen X or Millennials. But, they make great rental properties for the incoming never decreasing wave of immigrants. Last Edited by God Fearing Atheist on 10/19/2021 10:37 AM |

But it cannot survive treason from within. An enemy at the gates is less formidable, for he is known and carries his banner openly. But the traitor moves amongst those within the gate freely, his sly whispers rustling through all the alleys, heard in the very halls of government itself. For the traitor appears not a traitor; he speaks in accents familiar to his victims, and he wears their face and their arguments, he appeals to the baseness that lies deep in the hearts of all men. He rots the soul of a nation, he works secretly and unknown in the night to undermine the pillars of the city, he infects the body politic so that it can no longer resist. A murderer is less to fear." Marcus Tullius Cicero |
