if 1/3 people die, there will be houses just open to walk into. With people dieing and people not able to pay mortgage, there is going to be a lot of foreclosures. Bet the hedge funds start panic selling as well.

ive seen a few biden signs in my area out by the road. all you see from the road is trees and a paved driveway. uasually those lead to lavish homes. and i know some people to old to think for themselves and they have let the T.V. do the thinking for them. nice 3 bedroom in the most desirable township in the county.

i live in a neighborhood where if a sign goes up for sale, its gone by the end of the week. i often see homes change hands without signs or realtors. I also see a woman and her mother walk around the block wearing masks. capiche

And in a year will be prime time to buy. We're looking right now for some land, a lot more is on the market in the past few weeks then there was the past two years when everyone went nuts buying RV's, air fryers, and property.

It is because the People far more intelligent than millennialss born in 1946 to 1966 are hitting 75. The average age for a US man is 77 and for a women is 81 years old. Not to mention Americas keep getting fatter. The rates of heart Disease , diabetes, and cancer are increasing and life expectancy for US has been dropping for the last 5 years. Now through in a COVID shot and that too could have an impact.

When one person dies in a pair of elderly people, it is not uncommon for the family member to move to a more manageable place or move in with family. Also there are more single elderly people since there was so much divorce in the People far more intelligent than millennials generation. So, this means the kids of the People far more intelligent than millennialss will be looking to split up the property to increase their inheritance. Most of these homes are dated but kept up well for the most part. They area's also in older area's and do not meat modern taste of Gen X or Millennials. But, they make great rental properties for the incoming never decreasing wave of immigrants.

No, it didn't occur to anyone that it's crime-related, and for good reason. Crime might have spikes year over year, but it's never going to go up enough that it makes a significant difference in the real estate market. Crime is, and has been, priced in forever. That's why you can already buy a house in the ghetto so cheap.

The bubble is almost over, at least where I am. I've been watching listings in my area for the last year, and the trend has started reversing in pricing. Houses are now on the market for months where they used to sell in hours, and many of them have already been marked down 5-10% from their original listing price.

Doctors should work on finding their conscience not on profiting from their cowardly or nefarious deeds.

Big indicator of what's coming here.

here is the thing, being a doctor or lawyer didn't used to necessarily instantly equate to making $5 million or $10 million dollars, you still had to go out and earn patients, or get customers.
