If true it would be a colossal blunder and would serve them right. If a large mass of sellers die, then a large mass of buyers are going to die as well. They could end up with multiple houses and noone wanting them.

Remember we have many thousands of immigrants coming into the country that will probably buy houses.

Plus Black Rock and vanguard are still buying houses and propping up the market.
