Country side near Greenville is nice but agian getting pricey.. Tenn is cool but is set to be the New Hollywood soooooo..... Prices are through the roof... Honestly not sure on where to go ... I want out also.... And I live in rural NC....... |

Have family in Tn, it’s pretty, but unless you’re in Nashville I’d worry about hospital/medical care. I’d say look at SC vs NC- but only greater Clemson area. Fl probably gives you more quality options than the others mentioned unless you’d like Charlotte/Raleigh-Durham areas. It all depends on how you plan to live, what you’re looking for though. It’s a horrible time to be moving to central Fl, real estate market is a bloodbath for buyers. Long wait times for new construction, gouging rentals & prices skyrocketing. ThereRMeds4That |

I own a home here in NY I would have to sell (I *might* get $100,000 - we live in a small town) so I’m not rich by any means. I’m tired of the cold snowy winters here, and I’m tired of the welfare state socialism here. I don’t want to go west - I lived in northern Cal for a while, and glad I escaped there. Not just regular blacks but super simple, low IQ, ignorant blacks.. To make them feel better they get all the government jobs... so the schools suck, post offices suck, DMVs etc.. They even let them run all the cities so they are full of crime and failing... Also loaded with white liberals that placate and appease them... It's sad but NC is falling quickly... And don't buy the whole Raleigh is great thing.. Shooting everyday, schools are a joke and mad overpriced... Being in the middle of the beach and mountains... yeah you have neither and have to drive 3 hours to the beach or 5 to the mountains... other than that you have flat land and blacks ... |

We are outside of Memphis and life hasn’t changed much here.
