Intel I read indicated that Australia was promised to the Chinese by certain Western factions, but then the latter reneged on the deal. That's the reason for the sub deal with the Aussies.

Actually the world is tired of US being the world police and abusing the power we have given it. The dollar has been used to abuse others. The UN is a tool for US invasions and the sanctions are used to force the US philosophy and nations are forced to act as the US wants. Tell me who likes that????
