The Children's Defense Fund is RFK, Jr.'s outfit. It consists of a foundation that funds public interest lawsuits most specifically in the area of vaccine regulation and injury. As such it isn't a law firm. However between RFK Jr, staff attorneys and affiliates it likely represents the most knowledgeable and experienced set of consultants and lawyers in vaccine litigation. These individuals represent the braintrust of legal team which are purpose-built for specific litigations and cases. So, pretty major.

They then use the foundation funds to assemble larger support and litigation teams which include specialist lawyers, litigators and law firms of different sizes. Class action suits are large undertakings. (Currently, Robert Barnes is assisting with the suit.) The open question is when and whether they will expand upon the "bait and switch" issue to include the mandate issue.

On the mandates some litigation has started, but some is pending the issuance of an actual legally binding law or regulation, the Biden Admin's tactic is to use backdoor and federal monetary pressure to get it done prior to issuing the mandate as an OSHA regulation. They know the mandates are likely not within federal power. Joey Diapers, Lena Whine and Jen Psucky have said it repeatedly. They are trying to use OSHA, but historically on "Major Issues" (actual legal definition) OSHA historically gets its ass kicked.

Once again they have no mandate and therefore cannot legislate their agenda, so they use tyrannical EO's and political mainstream media harping to push it. And they do damage. Hopefully payback and recompense will be forthcoming.

Confusing ONLY FOR PEOPLE WHO DIDN'T TAKE THE TIME TO READ IT. It didn't deceive me one bit. I read the FDA report on day one and knew it. It was clear in the second paragraph that there were two different vaccines, the one being used now that was extended again for emergency use and the approved vaccine, COMIRNATY, that is similar but different enough to be "LEGALLY DISTINCT" from the BioNTECH. Even argued with people here about it THAT DAY, people who swore up and down they were talking about one vaccine. The mainstream news ran with it and that's all anyone cared about. No one READS anything. It was plain as day.

They tease you with things like that, but they don't hang the criminals.

I wish them well at this point in time. The FDA and vaxx manufacturers should be in some kind of legal trouble for misrepresentation of the product in question since these are not vaccines. The same goes for corporations that tell you that you will loose your job if you don't get vaccinated. With what? There is no vaccine. That's like being put in a round room and being told to pee in the corner. Then the reality that the product is not approved or fully tested. This has layers.

I hope this results in the biggest wealth transfer in history.

WASHINGTON, D.C. – The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has done a bait and switch by announcing it approved its “first COVID-19 vaccine” in order to push the “vaccine” mandates and protect the Pfizer pharmaceutical company from legal liability. However, there is currently no fully licensed COVID shot on the United States market.

Albeit confusing, and probably intentionally so, this summarizes the current status of the Pfizer-BioNTech shots:

All existing Pfizer vials (in the hundreds of millions), remain under the federal Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) (meaning people have the “option to accept or refuse”);
The third or “booster” Pfizer shot is identical to the above and remains under the EUA with limited use to certain categories of people;
BioNTech received FDA approval for people ages 16 and above under the name Comirnaty, but there are no Comirnaty doses available in the United States;
In other words, there is currently NO FDA approved COVID-19 injection available anywhere in the United States. Every COVID shot in America remains under the EUA law and thus people have the “option to accept or refuse” them; and
Even when an FDA approved COVID shot becomes available, individuals are protected by federal law and many states laws from being forced to get these shots based on their sincere religious beliefs or conscience rights.
