My problems are two-fold:
1- Video feed format is odd. I have seen the online governmental feeds in China. Many of them. This doesn't look right.

Conveniently, for a forger, because it's a screen grab of a twitter of a screen grab. Making the resolution crap.

I can't even read his lips in full screen. But it doesn't look like it's sync'd.

His accent is northern, and that creates a serious problem.

2- I know the officials in Northern China. Personally.
