Pissed of really bad with the police, there’s lies. How they deal with female victims from abuse. Cps and mental health corruption.

So this is my story and then it need help in right direct to make my complaint be heard all over U.K.

I was in a 5 year relationship with this man. He was bipolar skitzo. And before anyone comments as to why it lasted 5 years. Don’t! Unless u been there and got the tshirt!
He was most of the time on lithium but sometimes it didn’t do jack shit. He was obsessed with spending every bit off penny that was near him. He drove me away from anyone I knew and then started hammering me down. I was starved, not a load to sleep most days and beaten and raped. It was like a cycle.
The last few months towards the end it got very bad. I would be beaten enough to stop me getting out of bed.
Then 2 weeks before I fled him, he beat me so bad, he chased me around the house, I found myself hiding inside my wardrobe thinking this is it. He opened the doors and said I’m sorry il stop now please come out. I eventually crawled out and he grabbed me and threw me on the bed. I started to scream and he forced his fist in my mouth to stop me screaming and raped me. From that moment I froze in agony. He then went downstairs and took all of his lithium and overdosed. I was then riddled with the dilemma of do I just run out the house or call 999. So muggins me calls 999. He was taken in and given 24hrs to live. They drained all lithium out of him then sent him home the same day. He went manic! Within hours he was crawling the walls. My house had turned into a theme ground. Stairs had blankets thrown down and he was up and down for hours laughing like a kid. I was still full on numb and my perception was so foggy I didn’t no what to do.
Then one night I had this intense ringing in my ears and an urge to just get up and run out the house. Before I had chance to stand up to flee he got up and said what u think ur doing. I thought fuck this I’m off. He went to go after me and I ran and ran. I went round the block and came back to my neighbours house. This was 4am in the morning. I banged get to open up screaming and begging. She let me in and called the police. 3 riot vans turned up with police fully loaded. Never seen anything like it. I was then driven miles away and he was detained.

Cps dropped the case and said his mental health was bad and that ge could not stand trial because of his mental state. I was clearly pissed off but what I could do. I was just glad he was out of my life. It’s one thing he would always say to me. Don’t bother with police because I always get released because of mental health. Well he was correct in his threats.

It’s been 6 years and Iv moved on and had a kid. I still suffer anxiety, triggers and nightmares.
The start of this year I got a message from him apologising. Meant nothing to me! All’s it did was trigger my abuse! Do I told him to fuck off and get over it.
He soon got onto my mother. Sending her videos saying how he was going to hunt her down and split her in half after raping her then killing her. There was numerous videos and loads of calls. The police was notified but my mum was ignored, they didn’t respond to it correctly. They just said well delete ur Facebook!!!

The videos didn’t stop and they got more threatening as time went on. So I stepped up and called police to be told well he’s not threatened u so can’t do nothing!!!! Even though his attempts to threaten my mum was to get at me personally.

I managed to find out what mental hospital he was in so called the manager and had words. I wanted to know why they were allowing him access to phones in a secure mental hospital to threaten my family.
Turned out that there was an on going police investigation against him. He had raped 2 girls in 2019. The manager then asked me for my history with him which I freely shared in hope it would help the 2 girls in there cases.
I eventually spoke to the officer in charge of the investigation who refused to talk about anything on the 2 girls raped but reassured me he was not getting away with any of it.
Told me he was going to be locked up for a very long time and that I can now get in with my life as he won’t be able to access messages or nothing for years.

What a fucking lie!

I woke up this morning to a text from my ex. He’s not even in a fucking mental health hospital. He’s walking the fucking streets!!!!!!!

I expect these 2 girls cases were dropped no doubt because he cannot stand trial due to his mental health. When that happens they cannot detain him for long and is always released within weeks.

Cps is corrupt to duck and I need help in finding away if exploiting this system.

Victims of rape or any abuse caused by a mental health person is constantly being dropped due to not being able to stand trial. The abusers mental health is more of a priority than the abused. Although the abused had mental health from there abuse from the abuser. I have to live with trauma everyday for the rest of my life because the cps thinks his mental health is more important to stand trial.

How the duck can this happen?

My mother is now terrified for her life and not considering fact he’s only threatened her to get at me. Making it all about her but I’m now reliving yet again the memories of trauma. So I’m pissed with her also
