had a weird, lucid dream a few months ago

i was given a birds eye/map view looking down at europe, from north to south. all the map was a very dark green, except for the UK which was a bright green. in my dream this signified outages, all of europe was dark but the UK wasnt.

in the uk, on the map, the city 'edinburgh' stood out highlighted and nothing else, which i thought was odd. i got the feeling this place was safe and the rest was fucked
