Covid treatment protocol (how to treat Covid)

It seems like everytime someone pops up covid positive we have to go through the whole “how to treat” deal over and over. I’m making this thread to keep it in one place. Maybe some people will search for it when they get sick. If anyone else has something else to add, feel free to post replies. Maybe we can keep it all in one place. This is not medical advice. This is “mom” advice. This is how I treated myself and my family and we all got over it without issues or hospitalizations.

Ivermectin 0.2mg/kg of body weight. Once a day for five days.
Pepcid 20 mg twice a day
Guaifenesin (Mucinex generic name) 600 mg twice a day
Ibuprofen and Tylenol as needed for pain or discomfort (as directed on the box)
Zinc 25-50 mg (as tolerated with food or May cause upset stomach)
Quercetin supplement
Aspirin 81 mg daily (continue taking for a couple of weeks after getting well)
Vitamin C 2000 IU twice a day
Vitamin D 5000 IU once a day
B complex once a day as directed on the box
Lots of water, no milk or dairy while sick, avoid sugars, eat whole, real food and protein to satiety as tolerated.

The aspirin, guaifenesin (Mucinex) and the Pepcid are all MUST TAKE! These will help keep you out of the hospital.

I’m not going to tell you how or where to get the ivermectin. In the US, the pills are prescription only. There has been plenty of talk about other ways to get it. That’s on you.

Also do a YouTube search for “manual percussion” for lung health. Perform that on your partner and have your partner perform that on you.

Also do deep breathing exercises several times a day. Breathe in slowly and as deeply as you can, hold for 7 seconds, let it out slowly. Repeat
