I work at Easy's smoke shop in Fort Worth on Alta Mere. What we're doing to work around the new ban is we're adopting Delta 10 and hhc disposables and carts. Until the State Health Department decides to adopt a blanket ban on the hemp derivatives, this is the strategy that the Texas headshops are going to use to get around the New Order from the health department. The thing with hhc or hex a hydro cannabinol, is that it is not t h c but extracted from hemp seed. Once ingested through vaping it becomes t h c inside of your body when it's being processed chemically. We're still doing extensive research on it so we'll know more but it's so new we don't even know if it's useful make you fail a drug test yet.
