Prop gun. Prop gun how the hell is this a prop gun. The only way you can kill someone with a prop gun is hit them over the head. This was a gun and should have been handled and treated as a gun by someone who has training and skill to properly operate and handle a gun. Someone who can tell the difference between a real bullet and a blank.

Imagine if you took a real gun and pointed it at someone and pulled the trigger killing them. Honestly officer I though I was shooting them with a blank. You would get life or an electric chair.

Follow the money.......there is insurance on set accidents that will pay handsomely, especially if the movie was over budget or was going to be a loser at the box office. Funny thing is, Baldwin was probably set up to be the fall guy by the money men that actually planned the insurance plot. Literally killed two birds with one stone (three). Gonna make a profit off of insurance. Cut expenses by killing the movie. Probably voided Baldwin’s contract once he is charged with manslaughter.

My gut tells me Alec did not go into work that day with the intention of killing anybody, BUT that doesn't mean he's 100% innocent.
