Every person could set up a trust for their heirs. Every person could have a will so the government does not steal it all. Quoting: Xuki But they do not! Loop holes are not just for the rich. They are for any person who has a brain to search and use these financial tools. Just like some people are smart enough to have a basic prenup and the rest are to stupid to even think about it then whine about getting taken to the bank. What is it called when you turn the poor against the rich because the rich was smarter? It has happened in more than a few countries and now it is being used against the poor of the U.S.A. You can always count on human greed! And you can always count on a communist pitting the poor against the rich! TAKE ALL HIS SHIT AND GIVE IT TO ME! TAKE ALL HIS SHIT AND GIVE IT TO ME! "A nation can survive its fools, and even the ambitious. But it cannot survive treason from within. An enemy at the gates is less formidable, for he is known and carries his banner openly. But the traitor moves amongst those within the gate freely, his sly whispers rustling through all the alleys, heard in the very halls of government itself. For the traitor appears not a traitor; he speaks in accents familiar to his victims, and he wears their face and their arguments, he appeals to the baseness that lies deep in the hearts of all men. He rots the soul of a nation, he works secretly and unknown in the night to undermine the pillars of the city, he infects the body politic so that it can no longer resist. A murderer is less to fear." Marcus Tullius Cicero |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 76091424 Technically true, but theyve written themselves unquestioned and unlegal 'regulations' which are intended to supercede actual black letter laws. It is corrupt, but after all they named the system after their own kind, and against any others, as a demonsration of ownership and they can enforce it against you forever. |

The best book on how the one percent rig the system. Link to a review below. Quoting: Wicked Monkey [link to georgekelley.org] The real issue is avoiding being prosecuted and forced to pay. They do not prosecute themselves. Its kindof a law. They gain total control to prosecute everyone else while they exempt themselves. It is, after all named for themselves. |

House Democrats looking to close them as a means of funding social programs and, most recently, President Biden's 3.5 trillion spending plan America's wealthiest people are able to avoid billions in taxes by passing huge chunks of their companies to their heirs for free. An analysis by Bloomberg on Knight's fortune - estimated at $60 billion - discovered that he was able to take advantage of a financial tool called a grantor-retained annuity trust (GRAT). Knight set up nine GRATS, which enabled him to transfer $6.1 billion of Nike shares to loved-ones between 2009 and 2016 - without incurring any tax on them. Gifts are taxable, but GRATS offer a loophole that allows the person who sets it up to designate others - such as heirs - as beneficiaries. Assets are then placed into GRATS, which repay their owner an annuity. If the value of a GRAT goes up, those gains can stay in the GRAT, with whatever is left then transferred to its beneficiaries - such as Knight's heirs - tax-free. Knight has long-touted his commitment to eventually giving away all of his immense wealth to charity, but what lies beneath that promise is over a decade's worth of exploiting tax loopholes to inflate his fortune and pass it on to his heirs. [link to www.dailymail.co.uk (secure)] but your 600.00 oops 10,000.00 now dollars in your account will help with the tax defecit that is coming Yup. So the only rich actually paying more in taxes with increases are the stupid ones. Dosha |

It's a modern aristocracy based on fraud. Printing money backed by nothing while at the same time collecting taxes from governments to pay back government loans that were serviced with air-printed money. Whenever I see the word "beast" mentioned in the bible, I think of the international central banks. They are what gives power to those around them and dictate all policies in every western country & Europe. It's no coincidence the agenda of marxism happens to be the same agenda simultaneously in each country where central banks are located. |

Quoting: BRIEF Why should a person's inheritance be taxed?? I pay no income taxes either...Only capital gains yea i have a friend with three Brothers, His Dad gave them each $13,000 a year every year for the last ten years of his life, this is Maryland so the amounts must differ State to State? anyway it was considered a gift and not taxable! Another thing he did was split up thousands of AT&T Stocks that he owned between them, put it in their names and had the dividends set for re investment, they didn't even know he did it till after he died, i think when they sell the stocks they will have to pay Capital gains but still it's been a Tax free investment so far for them. there is another thing you can do and that is to put your child on your bank account as a joint account but you must really trust your child, after death the Child or who ever gets the money free and clear, there is also the POD but i think they will be changing it in the near future and consider it a inheritance?? would rather have it & not need it then need it & not have it |
