They found out they didn’t want to slave away and minimalized. Many stayed home to be with their kids and ended up homeschooling them. A lot just don’t want to wear masks and get jabbed. I don’t know anyone who died from covid. A few who died from the jabs. |

I think the number of people doing so is much, much larger than what the MSM would have us all believe! Quoting: Plant Goddess I took a couple of years off from work before covid came up. I had a heart attack and decided having more free time to spend with loved ones was more important. I was getting ready to re-enter the work force when all the bullshit started. Now with vaxx mandates I doubt I will ever go back. My husband ended up taking early retirement but was considering getting a part time job to alleviate boredom and to rebuild savings that was depleted before he took retirement, but now because of vaxx mandates that isn't happening. Fortunately his retirement is enough to live on fairly comfortably, at least for people like us who live a simple kind of life. I'm certain there are a lot of people just like us who would rather check out of the rat race than bow to the demands of a bunch of wanna be tyrants! Fuck them and their mandate bullshit! Yup. No way would I work now because of the mandates. I have food shelter and clothing. I’m good. |

Old people who used to have jobs for fun, early morning fast food cashiers, greeters, etc. They no longer feel safe interacting with the public, so they exited the workforce. 2.) They preemptively removed themselves from the board and I guarantee most of their parents back them up in this decision, most of the time. Thus, low skilled / entry level VACCINATED workers are hard to come by. They are creating a supply / demand issue by not working. Now McDonalds will hire you at $17/hr with a $500 sign on bonus. They were born in the year 2000 and beyond. They had the internet their ENTIRE lives. They won't work and if they do they have no sense of urgency. They dont put up with the crap that Gen Xers did. I know a 16 year old that started his first job at Dairy Queen with others his age. One older boy brought in some alcohol and they all went into the walk-in cooler and started drinking. Manager caught them. Fired all 7 of them on the spot. I drive for DoorDash at night and I was at a drive thru and I could hear the cursing and screaming going on inside. Girl opens the window and I asked if she was OK. She said NO BECAUSE I QUIT!....She shut the window and walked off...walked out the door and started walking down the road. Point being...I do think this worker shortage is realllllly strange. Some of it is these kids these days. They absolutely WON'T put up with the bullshishhhh. I've seen the way they are being treated now. It was always bad, but now post-pandemic it's worse. People are mean as hell to the workers...they're tired of it. The rest have been ruptured and we b fooked!! People should walk. No one should be treated like garbage. No one should be used as lab rats. |

If you work and paid child care and you came out with $1,100 a month and spouses income. Who won't stay home at that point. Its most likely a combo of child care, home school, self-employed, unemployment, retirement, student loans instead of working and deaths imo. Now business are experiencing the other side of the scale. A lot of employers viewed workers as an expendable resource. Some still can't see what is happening and just waiting for the line of workers begging for jobs again. They don't understand why workers are leaving in droves. Old rule and values won't work anymore. Middle management sits in a desk all day... asking lower people to fill in for 3 jobs. Won't even give cost of living increases the past 5 years. Or consider what occurred for decades in Soviet-era Russia or Mao-era China. That applies double or triple of Americans who think "progressive" public figures and liberal policymaking are a form of soothing, caring, helpful Big Mommy. |

He does NOT want to go back to the office; the company has tried a few times to gather once a week, but everytime they plan it, 'something comes up'and they decide not to. He celebrates everytime they call it off, lol. I think people are over commuting and spending 14 hour days in office buildings and having to schmooze with people they don't like. Yeah, well I stand by my premise. Most of the 'missing' workers are people who were let go due to the ridiculous lockdowns and now don't want to return to work because they fear they will have to be vaxxed to keep the job. So, everybody's just waiting it out, even if that means "doing without". True patriots with a spine consider it their duty. It ain't about laziness. Well there isn't any vaxxed mandate at my work, and I've seen shit loads of people just quit over the past 4 months. How are working conditions? Is it back breaking labor? Maybe they can’t keep up. |

This is where a very large number of unskilled workers have gone. i would guess 6 figures might have gone to gov jobs millions are out of work due to vax. they claim 700k dead from corona but we all know thats probably 10 to 20k. If you remove gunshot wounds to the head, car accidents, cancer, etc... So look at vaers. 16k dead. but people don't report to vaers. Harvard did a study showing less than 1% report to vaers. New study came out stating 1 out of 170 vaccine adverse reactions or deaths are reported. so that's 2.7 million dead if those numbers are right and tens of millions injured by vax. That's why all the jobs are available. We lost millions in the workforce due to vaccine death or injury. and don't forget increase in cancers too because of fax.
