Movie PROP guns WILL NOT and CANNOT accept or fire a live round.

IF they are ‘forward vented’ it is only a forward gas vent, —not a barrel capable of expelling a round. Not to mention, prop guns will not even chamber a real live round. They are designed to not (easily) be modified to shoot real live ammo. The ATF claims they cannot be modified to shoot live ammo, however someone with a mill, a new barrel, and some machining prowess might be able to convert one.

This leaves us with a story that is not plausible, probable, or possible.

If one could buy a prop gun with out a background check, or ID for that matter, then simply load live ammo in it and have a operating firearm....

the acting was great - but the script read by actor was terrible?

I had read that it was two parts:
- the deadly mistake was making prop bullets from real live .44 ammo.
- they failed to fully puncture one of the primers, and it still had charge in it. They thought primer was fully detonated, and crimped lead tips back on for "show" bullets.
- the actor dry fired revolver, setting off the remaining charge in one primer, lodging a full .44 lead bullet halfway into the barrel (people heard this "pop" and dismissed it).
- next day (without checking for barrel obstructions) they load the gun with "blank" brass casings with full powder, no bullets.
- actor pulls trigger, sending the lodged .44 lead bullet out of the barrel at full charge.
- bullet + full load blank = real bullet.
- I did not read anywhere that it was a fragment of a bullet...

Was Baldwin ordered to shoot Halyna Hutchins to silence her? This is obvious, as there was no REASON for him to point and shoot the prop gun. They were not filming the movie at that time, and it is standard procedure to double check the bullets if that is to occur. The crew that loaded the live bullets is complicit too, but Baldwin was fully aware and complicit too. She was to be a witness against Clinton associates and had already given testimony to Durham et al. Halyna's murder is also a warning to others not to talk.
