I do not believe this was an accident, knowing that baldwin has a long list of temper tantrums, my guess it was intentional... therefore he should be charged with first degree murder.

Even if you check it you should still treat it like it is loaded. Never point any gun at anything you don't want to shoot.

The biggest threat is not real gun owners, but Liberals who decide handle a gun(without any training) and have an "Accident" with it.

Freeze all of his assets so he can be sued for every penny he has.

If Baldwin isn't charged with at least involuntary manslaughter and also assault with a deadly weapon, there is no justice.

Any other adult would have already been charged with manslaughter after pointing a gun and pulling the trigger. But we have a two tier justice system where democrats are held to a much lower standard than anyone else

There is nothing you need to do to adapt any weapon to fire blanks. A blank is very similar to a regular round minus the lead projectile. It can have more or less powder than a regular round depending on the effect wanted as in big muzzle flash or more or less smoke. So why everyone thinks a weapon needs to be modified to fire blanks is beyond me.

And a blank can kill you. Ask Brandon Lee. Oh you can’t because he is dead from a blank round at close range

However, Baldwin apparently is sensible enough to be anti-vaxx. But that's offset by a few claims he was bitching about Donald Trump around the time of the shooting.

Baldwin will have to prove he as never had firearms training, never used a firearm recreationally, never been involved in a making a movie which portrayed firearms . . . . . .

forget about it . . . he is never going to be able to prove the shooting was not his responsibility.

Yep. I've even gotten in the habit, if I leave the room with a weapon that I just cleared/checked and go do something in another room, when I come back to continue handling the same weapon I just cleared, I clear it again as if it's the first time it's been presented to me.

You can not be too careful around a tool that could end someone's life in a fraction of a second.

The one time you don't clear/check your firearm, that's the time someone dies.

I wonder how much Baldwin is paying out to get the rest of the crew to say he wasn't involved in the target shooting. I bet it's gonna cost him so much that he'll be doing AARP commercials next year.

That's the dumbest thing I've ever heard. Like most things lefties suggest to solve problems, it would have done nothing to prevent this accident. At the very least the gun handler failed to properly check the weapons before they were in use and Baldwin should have checked his weapon. Even non-firing guns and plugged barrel blank guns should be checked before use. No live rounds should have been on the set at all, ever, period. If any effects called for live ammuntion they should have been specially loaded light rounds with light bullets and shouldn't have been handled by anyone other than the FX crew and still been under the supervision of an experienced gun handler. No film gun should have been used for target practice unless it was on a range under the supervision of an experienced gun handler who verified it was safe before returning it to the set and ensuring no live ammunition accompanied it. This was sloppy work all the way around and it loops right back around to the gun handler herself but you can already see the blame game starting. The attempt to shift the narrative to gun control and guns in Hollywood is well underway.

Both Baldwin and the armorer need to be sent to prison. It is really easy to tell the difference between blanks and live rounds.

I don't know him personally; I do know he is a loudmouth or does it for publicity. He has a temper to go with is loudmouth, does this make him guilty of shooting someone deliberately, no. It may make him sorry he accused others though.

Now, if someone was using the gun for target practice it was a real gun, not a prop. Someone gave Alex a real loaded gun that kill one woman and serious injury to another man. This still does not make him the person who caused it except by him being stupid about guns. I guess they don't understand not being for guns violence and knowing what the gun is supposed to be for. Protection and use to kill food, animals, before eating it, you can add fishing poles and line and hooks to that list. Being dumb does not make you a murderer, killer yes, murderer no, there is a big difference. He unknowingly pulled the trigger on a real gun with a real bullet and by doing so, he killed a woman and injured a man badly.

I don't care if you dislike the man, I'm not into putting a sign on someone who is just a dummy because of how he thinks.

Now, who gave him the gun with real bullets?

He shot and killed someone. Accident or not why are we talking about this? Why aren’t the police issuing an arrest warrant? Why aren’t people on the phone with them demanding it. Talk about privilege.

What I do not understand is he shot a stage worker and a director..shouldn't he of been shooting at another actor or extra? Either he was a horrible shot or he was mad and shooting up the set

Unless it was scripted that way for him to fire the gun at the camera. It's a popular cliche. Then it's not his fault as actors aren't expected to be the gun experts on set. That is someone else's job.
