Women have their own gifts including many that have to do with communication. Some women are pretty high IQ. (where do you think all you smart men came from?)

Women actually sometimes have a hard time finding a man who is as gifted as they are in the areas they have mastered.

Now, men have other gifts that are rare in women. Physical strength, Leadership, Spacial work (such as building things)

In courtships, a man's challenge can sometimes be convincing a woman that he has gifts that are worthy of her respect.

Or they just hate men in general for the way men have treated them in the past, it's perfectly acceptable in society for women to not respect us but men are publicly shamed or even ostracized if they do the same thing.
