Could use some opinions (non doom related)

So the wife and I bought a new house. We are giving the old one to our daughter. We are keeping all the furniture in the old house and buying all new stuff.

We have ordered everything already and it's stored out our old house (where we live now). Everything just barely fits in its boxes.

I'm wondering if I should start putting together everything now or wait until we move into the new house in December (hopefully earlier)?
