Conclusion:
A high burden of persistent symptoms was observed in persons after COVID-19. Extensive diagnostic evaluation revealed no specific cause of reported symptoms in most cases. Antibody levels were highly variable after COVID-19.

CONCLUSIONS
Among persons who had been previously infected with SARS-CoV-2 (regardless of whether they had received any dose of vaccine or whether they had received one dose before or after infection), protection against reinfection decreased as the time increased since the last immunity-conferring event; however, this protection was higher than that conferred after the same time had elapsed since receipt of a second dose of vaccine among previously uninfected persons. A single dose of vaccine after infection reinforced protection against reinfection.

Just noticed this line after I re-read this article.



Before Baelyn's diagnosis was confirmed, the family "had no clue what was happening" for the first three days that she was hospitalized, Schwab said.

"Then all of a sudden, the next day hit, and kind of everything just went [into] chaos," she said. "Her labs skyrocketed. Neurologically, she wasn't 100% there. It was very hard. You see your kid deteriorating in front of your eyes like overnight."

As Baelyn's liver began to fail, she went to the top of the transplant list, and within days a donor was found. After the eight-hour transplant surgery, doctors found that 90% of her removed liver was damaged tissue. Now Baelyn is getting stronger every day.

Wouldn't mind guessing that if they had found a viral culprit we'd know about it by now.
Most likely non-infectious, auto-immune issues from either repeated SARS2 infection, or exposure to spike
(via breastmilk, placenta in the younger ones..)

So good it needed its own thread..

2. If the risks are in pregnancy, why does my partner status matter?
If your partner gets infected you will be exposed to risk of infection. If you are a confirmed contact you will then need to isolate and will be unable to attend for monitoring/ treatment.

3. It is our personal choice to get vaccinate. Why are you forcing us to get vaccinated?
It is still your personal choice as to whether to have the vaccine, all we are saying is that we cannot proceed with treatment without evidence of vaccination

4. Is it for all fertility treatment or only IVF?
The guidance relates to all fertility treatment and not IVF alone.
