SARS–CoV–2 Spike Impairs DNA Damage Repair and Inhibits V(D)J Recombination In Vitro

"The immune and DNA repair systems are the primary systems that higher organisms rely on for defense against diverse threats and tissue homeostasis. Emerging evidence indicates that these two systems are interdependent, especially during lymphocyte development and maturation.

"As one of the major double-strand DNA break (DSB) repair pathways, non-homologous end joining (NHEJ) repair plays a critical role in lymphocyte–specific recombination–activating gene endonuclease (RAG) –mediated V(D)J recombination, which results in a highly diverse repertoire of antibodies in B cell and T cell receptors (TCRs) in T cells [8]. For example, loss of function of key DNA repair proteins such as ATM, DNA–PKcs, 53BP1, et al., leads to defects in the NHEJ repair which inhibit the production of functional B and T cells, leading to immunodeficiency"

I recall pointing out a lab in Durban SA and that was doing experiments that could lead to omicron.

Strep A: Waterlooville school child dies after contracting invasive virus leaving pupils and family 'devastated'

Headteacher Alison Syred-Paul said: ‘Very tragically, we have learned of the death in recent days of a child who attended our school, who was also diagnosed with an invasive Group A Streptococcal (iGAS) infection. We are absolutely devastated by the loss of one of our young pupils and offer our sincere and heartfelt condolences to the child's family at this extremely sad time.

UD do you think the flu jab is related to the strep A??

The area of my eyes, directly around my nose has turned purple and they are almost swollen closed at the upper inside lids of both eyes, from smashing my face on the floor after blacking-out and doing the VAX TWIRL yesterday.

Already had Corona Fall 2019, Recovered and took anti-biotics from doc, pre-vax, was a torturing Hell to go through.

Previously I noted the top of my head/scalp being tender/swelled/sore unusually, for no reason, though I bumped my head last time too, it was way too long to be still sporting that injury according to the example of a trillion other injuries I got in my past. Didn't heal or was other wound, internal problem in my head/skull, bones, blood, veins, tissues, brain cells etc.

I was sober and rested several days, with a coffee in my hand.

I am alive after reviving from dropping dead yesterday. I woke up in bed yesterday morning. I noticed my pillow was covered in blood. My hands were covered in blood. I went out of the bedroom in a panic and saw blood smeared on the walls of my hallway and on inside of my front door, I suspected an intruder. No signs of forced entry or even silent passing of the Grim Reaper.

Apt. covered in blood. Apparently I blacked out again (3rd time in 3 months = 2xvaxed) Fell Down out of my computer chair in the living room (WHILE BROWSING GLP) and landed head first on the floor.

It appears I passed out unconscious, slumped over, landed on my face, began to bleed. There was a large muck of bloody smears and blobs where I landed. Then, in a blacked-out daze, I staggered around smearing blood all over the walls, till I found my bed and lay down and went out, without even trying first aid.

Extreme exercise routines + thin blood + poor diet/nutrition Stabbed + hospital exposure + surgery + possible repeated quantities of carbon monoxide &/or inhalation of lp natural gas from leaks + recent firing up of economy and automobiles increasing activity = all other = God only knows.

Also suffering exposure to smoke and residue from every drug known to man all on the heels of mid 2010's noting my family becoming silently violently purposely indoctrinated in some sin-combo addicted to south vacation's enmass
more than just the sun.
