I actually remember it was SOS who told us all to go look at Kevin McCairn's videos waaay back, and I tried out PLAAC with SOS's help in the original thread... varying lots of input parameters in the model, to see if it made any difference to the Tetz & Tetz plot, which I had managed to successfully reproduce.
Tetz & Tetz own a patent which refers again and again to Quinacrine as an anti-Prion disease drug.
