apply that logic to the workforce with the higher excess deaths. stands to reason that the higher income ppl will see the higher deaths. a fast food place or local grocery store won't b as affected. govern. workers, upper corporate executives, movie stars, and ppl who did work directly for those ppl not only saw more infections in 2020 but also are seeing higher deaths than the average worker. granted those ppl went into lockdown more than the average lower level employee, but that was after the upper class had spread it amongst themselves.

by now, many of these upper level ppl are on their 3rd infection. they will see higher death rates than the poorer ppl. we'll see losses with greater affects than if we lost cashiers or stock clerks. think of the govern. workers ppl don't see or think about. such as bridge inspectors, food inspectors, or port workers. add in office personnel that process disability claims or handle funding for local projects such as road repairs.

it isn't the farmers and food processing ppl that will see the deaths. it is those behind the scenes that we don't see. the ppl who keep the grid functioning for instance. this includes not just electric but also phones, internet, water.

we can replace some of these ppl by bumping ppl up with less experience and training. that too has an affect on the quality of work being done. but it takes time to educate and then train ppl for the jobs. and the more critical positions require on the job experience that takes more time. u can only stretch a rubber band so far before it snaps.
