I read these threads faithfully and have learned so much on how it has and does affect people. I am getting affected by reading all of these mandates and injuries caused my them. What we can do is limited. I have learned that one person contacting the right person or writing the right letter can start mountains to be moved. I have done it.

The Hague Criminal Court comes to mind to address this.
