WHAT HAPPENED TO THE 86,916 PEOPLE REMOVED AT THIS STAGE?
WHY DO YOU NEED A TEST DONE BEFORE PEOPLE ARE HOSPITALISED?
SOMETHNG GOING ON HERE, BECAUSE THIS DOES NOT SEEM LIKE A REQUIRED STEP.
