Those numbers a flat....a slight tweaking and they probably head downward Naw, it's about to implode... What do they know, that we don't? Is it the slow disability of the workforce? I don't think that control is the only reason. I know I have been frustrated at work several times within the last few weeks, with people showing up sick, and even testing positive for Covid. Our attitudes with showing up for work, even if sick and toughing it out does not work now.
