can i argue with ya? they did not necessarily have to b vaxed for this to occur. we did have shingles outbreaks in ppl before the vax. INDIA, where children are less likely to b vaxed, have seen HFMD mutate into tomato flu.

i agree the vax adds to the mess. but the merge mutations can and have happened in ppl who are not vaxed.
