I find it hard to believe a body outside exposed to the elements and animals could still be hanging by the neck over a year later. This is one of a million fishy stories we have read and will never have an answer to.

I tell him politely NO, I do not want to speak to him and walk away. (now just before this tyrant comes to a stop in his car I knew something bad was happening as I had been witnessing many deputies involved with drug traffickers likely taking bribes and payoffs to allow them to operate from houses I could see from my own home for many years so I quickly got a call out to my Dad and told him to call the FBI and tell them I was in fear for my life for witnessing such events) Just after I finish my call the thug storms out of his car and says unless you ID I will take you to jail until we find out who you are. I again tell him no, he then yanks my hands behind my back cuffs so tight it cuts my wrists and cuts off circulation, searches my pockets without my consent, and steals the phone out of my hands! He then puts me in his 110F patrol car (now I know it is called "hotboxing") and has heavy metal blaring for over 30 minutes, oddly he then disappears from my sight as I sit in the boiling hot car. Then he returns back to the car and smugly tells me "today is your lucky day I am letting you go" and "you owe ME an apology " he then lets me go. I quickly left because I believe he told me the last to things to try and get me to respond in anger. From now on I always carry a concealed semi auto pistol
