Robert Guffey's book Chameleo is about a friend of his who was targeted by Navy investigators and they used this same tech on him, holograms, mind manipulation, V2K, etc... Isaac Kappy had intel about a satanic cabal with ties to Ft Bragg/Army and people like Stephen King. WHen I first got 'hit' (2+ years ago) and was leaning towards Orthodoxy, I read this at my brothers house. The monks discuss demons as being 'carried in/on the air'. They were obviously NOT dealing with what 'we are' now. But the similarity between 14th Century 'carried on/in the air' is surprisingly (or not) similar to 'frequency. A few of the vids posted in this thread and another TI thread had some strange stuff happen. I download them from whatever site they are on. I've heard lots of disinfo or counter info in a couple of them and one, as I was relaxing listening, it seemed a man's voice who was narrating, sounded as if he was speaking directly to me. Describing how I could not hide or isolate myself from them, that they could get at me at home or anywhere, that the purpose of speaking or written personal knowledge of my life or daily activities was to invade my personal space.

I've gone back and listened to those vids a bunch of times but the voice and what was said is not in those vids. Can the perps alter the content of vids as I listen to them? I know they have in the past. They were able to use people who regularly make vids about targeting and use personal info using the peoples mouths to correspond with the perps own words. I've gone back and watched and listened to those again but the content was changed.

They can alter all of your perceptions and emotions and thoughts and dreams, so... you probably experienced what you experienced.. I was driving in my car listening to music at one point years back and a voice came out of the instrumental music talking about my "alien babies" and I just started yelling so I didnt have to hear what it was saying. It was a knee jerk reaction to what I was hearing. Philip Dick reported similar experiences of voices coming out of recorded music, even from an unplugged radio
