In my experience, unfortunately, there is truth to this. I don't know for certain how widespread the deployment is, but I can say that it seems like a combo of nano-poisoning and whatever beams they use have allowed whoever is behind this experiment to definitely access the mind and influence thoughts and emotions for over 20 years. I also think that this technology is used in conjunction with propaganda and can amplify emotional responses to information and experiences.

Yes. INFLUENCE thoughts and emotions. That capability has been around since the dawn of time though. Yes, nano bots and other borgish things up the game. But if this tech was even remotely as operable as they pretend we wouldn't be having this convo.

In my experience, they use nano to do the same thing. Giordano admits this is now a possibility. I had breakins to places I lived and finally realized something was going on. Noted clear droplets left behind that took two months to evaporate. Dried into a sandy, white residue. Realized I had seen them before after the house was unattended and thought my nose was dripping, or something... It's hard to explain, but until you really know something like this is going on, you don't think something like this is going on... ANyway, after the last time this happened, I had elevated liver enzymes for 4 months straight and an integrative MD did a test that showed I had "off the charts" aluminum and lead in my system. Even did a biopsy of the liver that showed no cirrhosis, no disease... I got poisoned by this shit that got dumped in the house I was living in. Realized it had happened before and in other places. Associate it with a panic feeling after returning home, racing thoughts, feeling like something was wrong/had to get away from something.... plus: tinnitus, floaters, my right eyelids going droopy, cold sensitivity, noise sensitivity... It's awful.

I've said words and phrases I wouldn't normally use/say with no warning. It's scary and I'm not proud or bragging. I think some of the school shooters were targeted with this sort of technology. THey were probably mentally ill to begin with, but I bet some of those cases wouldn't have happened without targeting. I think those newscasters saying gibberish 10 years ago were being targeted with this technology. I don't want to spread fear or give them too much credit, but I think this is a serious issue because even if they can't currently totally puppet someone, I'm sure they're working on it.
