I think some of us can see what's going on at this point, right? Unregulated nanotech in potentially everything/floating around everywhere. Cell towers everywhere - some you can see, some you can't. Routers everywhere, antennae arrays in far flung places, satellites by the tens of thousands beaming 6G (or 600G, or ELF, or scalar?) down at us all...

The issue with targeted individuals is the fact that they most of the " targeted individual community" never mentions the biotechnology side of the targeting. Yes the government had directed energy weapons but they cant be used as voice to skull or mind control without the use of nano- bio material technology which are conductive bio materials that work as smart implant technology. Without having the bio interphasing material technology the program itself will never work. They would normally have a maintenance man as a helper who then has access to the ventilation and nurses who knows about the program and for extra cash would assist in gangstalking if they are able to get cash sometimes they don't and participate anyway. The group at king's county Brooklyn would normally wait for a potential victim which is rare and when they do they place the victim in a room that they can spread the materials through ventilation. They would also have the group of nurses involved not all of them but most who knows pshiactric hospital's workers and their contracted programs to participate in. They just do whatever gangstalking they do. The crew or the person in charge of cleaning vents of fixing the air in vents are able to place the biotechnology material or conductive biomaterial in the vents periodically to spread the material only in the victims room if they deemed the target fits their profile. They normally would fear implanting someone unless their are somewhat certain of their plans. If your being targeted by another group of contractors with similar technology it would be a bad idea to check yourself in to a ward, kings county for example in brooklyn, with another group who has the same computer software , bio technology scaffold materials and domestically allocated radio frequency signals given to the group for the program to work in conjunction with the program. In any case I'd sue hospitals like kings county psychiatric hospital, the team on duty, including the maintenance guys who on camera could be seen at times going to ventilation room during your stay and your hospitalization and use that as evidence that during your stay you've been implanted by a group contracted and working together. An example like that is successful because the hospital will settle most likely and the military your suing after or whenever will also settle out of fear of your ability to prove your a subject of a program and their the cause of your pain and suffering.

I think this smart dust crap is what I’ve been lately seeing on my car. Started about maybe 4-5 years ago and it got crazy in the last 2 years.
