The Rapture is a long standing doctrine pre dating Darby, clear back to about 90 Ad in non biblical texts. Darby only made a " pre tribulation" rapture theory popular, even that theory predates Darby by several centuries. Ever since the 1st Century the Debate of the exact timing of the Rapture has been written about and debated. |
