I've never been a huge fan of comedy, but I like most of them and love a good chuckle.

In my "feed" of videos about the only comedy I watch is Ryan Long, he's pretty damn funny.

His social commentary is spot on. It’s not the same humor but as far as having a voice against the cancel culture and soft culture this guy is important.

The only reason I bring up George Carlin is because he wouldn’t have been afraid to go against all this stuff head on and it would have been hilarious. Lots of people walking around right now SHOULD feel stupid and there’s nothing better to me when a comedian points it out.

At this point we have to laugh to keep from crying. Lol. Good comedy would help to put everything in perspective….nobody can laugh anymore. I hate that.

George got to angry... also his talk of his atheism all the time was boring. I don't care. Let him be a lesson of not to let knowing to make you so angry.

Fair enough. I’m mostly just talking in terms of just expressing all the bullshit going on in a funny way that makes people laugh in a it’s funny only cause it’s true way. I’m not trying to compile a best of list by any means. I was only trying to point out that Dave chapelle is very close when it comes to talking about shit going on currently and helping people find humor in it.

George is gone. I wish he could comment on this stuff but Dave does and that’s the closest we’re going to get, I’m afraid.

In a way he is. However he is content to be away for a bit. He is for sure the most courageous comedian right now. We have other great comedians that have been silenced. Best show to see comedians still doing comedy was Norm Macdonald's.

Norm pushed it as well and is known as a comedian's comedian. However Dave has the right color skin to fight battles like this right now. I just rather not see Dave get angry or anyone else to the point that George did. I feel like it killed him early.

Tim Dillion is great. Listen to his episode where he makes fun of the new Sopranos movie. A gay man calling out how Hollywood throws in SJW nonsense into everything. He does it in a very clever way

Comedy did not thrive in Nazi Germany. It won't thrive here in Maskylvania either.

Chappelle isn't bad. I love some of his jokes. Carlin was a rebel and so is Chappelle so I like that. As for comedy today though, I like Louis C.K. A fat white guy talking about fat white guy problems. My favorite bit from him was after the metoo shit. He opened the bit with something similar to "Imagine if everyone on the planet knew your sex stuff".

As far as lyrical, roll-off-the tongue-come-up for a breath observations go, Lionel(Lionel media) does have his George Carlin moments.
