I WOULD REPEAT IN MY MIND OVER AND OVER THAT IT'S GOING TO BE A DREAM.
THEN ONE DAY, I WAS ABLE TO WAKE UP IN MY DREAM.
I WOULD REMEMBER THAT ITS A DREAM AND TAKE OVER THE STORY.

AT FIRST, I WOULD VENTURE AROUND AND FLY.
SOMETIMES IT WOULD BE PARTIAL CONTROL.

BUT ONCE I REALIZED I CAN HAVE SEX WITH ANYONE...
I WOULD DESPERATELY FIND A GIRL AND HAVE SEX WITH HER.
ESPECIALLY DURING MY LATE TEEN YEARS BEING A BOY,
I KEPT SEEKING SEX.
AFTER A WHILE, MY ABILITY TO CONTROL DREAMS,
WAS SOLELY USED FOR SEX.
I KEPT THIS UP FOR A FEW YEARS.

I FORGOT ABOUT THIS ABILITY I HAD.
COME TO THINK OF IT NOW, I PROBABLY WASTED THIS ABILITY.
NOW IN MY 40'S I HARDLY EVEN REMEMBER DREAMS.

Self pacing is important when practicing spiritual disciplines, which these binaural beats facilitate.

It’s better to meditate for 20 to 30 minutes twice a day consistently than to meditate many hours all at once, get into overload, then have to quit meditation for awhile.

What are the signs of this overload?

Crankiness, unexplained anger outbursts, run-away emotions, psychotic breaks, inability to cope with the real world, etc. That might be ok if you live in a monastery with lots of support, but most of us have to get out into the real world, interact with people, make money, pay bills, etc.

So, take it easy, don’t put my binaurals on repeat and listen to them all day or you’ll be tempting a spiritual fire you might not be ready for yet.

That’s interesting, I think a lot of us are tempted by sex but it can be a waster of spiritual energy.

It’s common to lose childhood abilities as adults; meditation can be a way of remembering those lost/latent abilities again.

i know that business routine.. been pulling a lot of extra shifts myself lately too.

Well I had the earbuds being put into my ears, I had an hour and a half free time.
But then the doorbell rang.
So I was busy again all day.

Hopefully tomorrow will be a good day for listening.

then go into your day
doing your day-to-day stuff
bring a bit of heaven into your world

Every night as I lay in bed, I think about this thread and the video and replies within.

I keep thinking "tonight is the night I will go flying (again)" but every morning I wake up saddened that I was wrong yet again.

Maybe one day/night I will give up and then it'll happen.

My problem with most of this type of video is the background noise. The fake rain, birds, thunder, etc, are a huge distraction and annoyance. Why do so many of these videos have those sounds as background? Do you have any without those noises?

I have found some on youtube that are just the pure binaural drones with no background of nature sounds or music. I have much more success with those. I don't want you to go out of your way to create that; I was hoping for an explanation of why it is so prevalent.

Two reasons why are, most people find the pure binaural boring and it’s too easy for someone to steal your binaural if you post the clear one.

Yeah I used to remember them all the time when I was a kid. Flying, falling, even driving a car.

It was a nightly thing.

I think maybe fluoridated water and vaccines got the better of me.
