I discussed this a few times but ppl just don’t bother with. Which is such a shame.
We wouldn’t need conspiracy sites or nothing if ppl actually sat down and researched this stuff.
Did this experiment few years back. I would advise ppl tho that to be aware they should not try and attempt this alone. To have someone with them because one can project into a denser level.
Also maybe adding to ur thread the best visual techniques to help thoughs that will try.
I mention this on another thread, day or 2 ago. I’m not sure if they will try it. I hope they do. As they already highly intuitive. They struggle with the paralysis state which most ppl do. It’s the fear that stops the process or lack of knowledge on there visual.

There is a process inbetween putting the earphones on and actually projecting. Warning should always be provided to prevent the person being absolutely petrified.
U don’t know if someone will read them try, then have an actual breakdown or heart attack.
Paralysis is a very scary thing for ppl who actually don’t understand it. The vibrations as well. They can be even more scary because u feel them intensely but unable to move because u are in sleep paralysis state.
Also the visual guide for one to actually project is also very important because if it’s not given then nobody would be successful.
One needs to know what to expect once putting the earphones in. Then they need to know roughly how long this takes before the frequency centres. When it centres the sleep paralysis stage takes place and then the vibrations. Then the visual should begin once the vibrations have taken place.
It’s not a go put binaural beats on with earphones then go enjoy astral projection. It’s a step by step process
