Who decided 4hz was the frequency to astral whatever?

Since I am an experimenter of everything, I am thinking that if I listen to this a LOT during the day, it might build up inside me & help me travel when I lay down. Here's a tip I read a long time ago. You should lay down with your head towards the south to help with astral travel.
