I've never met anyone IRL that believes in astral projection. Few even know about it, and the ones that do think it's just dreaming.
However, I've been doing it all my life and I know it's real. I've also been able to successfully remote view using this technique.
Between age 25-45 it slowed down for me, because I was putting all my energy into a career. I noticed I couldn't do it well when I was exhausted, stressed and focused on mundane BS to make money.
But now...it's starting to come back.

I tried the Monroe tapes, the rope technique, yoga nidra aka sleeping yoga and still can't quite get it. I hope discussing it with you guys and Monk's Astral Rain will be the key.
