I did manage to get to a calm state. I didnt quite get to paralysis, I felt myself slipping into it a couple times...but i made the mistake of trying it during day time school hours. So no quite space. Need to time it better this next go round. Also have to remind myself that because of my past experiences, I have blocks that I need to mentally work around slowly, so to quit rushing myself over it. And reading your advice helped immensely for me. Thank you for that!

The frequency isn't needed, it just helps people who struggle with getting to that specific frequency.

That is the key difference I am using this time around. I'm actually psyching myself up to excitement about it, so I have a positive anticipation about whatever state I end up in during my practice. I'll get there, I know im already close. I have ap's during sleep still quite frequently, but I am not aware of it like I want to be. I used to be very practiced at controlling my dreams, especially in my youth, same with remote viewing. But due to religious upbringing had a lot of fear smashed on to me from me having these natural abilities, and some religious rituals that also severely blocked me from accessing those gifts until recently. I can however still see auras easily, and I get peoples underlying intentions. Wether I listen to that or not is another question. As I have a bad track record of forgiving and turning the other cheek way too often, especially for people do not deserve it and only end up hurting others again and again.

So I'm working on breaking those blocks that were placed on me by mortal men in frocks.

Yes, it was rather sad to watch my own young daughters go from chatting candidly about their flight journeys to being afraid of shadows. That’s about the same time in my life that I stopped going to church, but modern society likes to “kill the dream” as well, public school kinda stopped their astral projection after a couple years, although I am happy to hear they are regaining their childhood abilities lately.

Fear is a cage, and in this thread I am offering a key to the lock that has kept so many bound.

I woke up last night with a dream still in my head. I couldn't remember it the morning but it's a start, even if it was a nightmare.

with sufficient awareness, 'nightmares' are re-writable.

That reminds me of one of the Out Of Body CD's. I don't recall if it was Monroe Institute or another but the man was saying to imagine a trunk, decorate it however you like and then imagine yourself putting all your worries into it.

And every time I listened to it, I decorated mine with jewels and after putting all my worries into it, I turned around and there was a big circle of people standing there with their own trunks calmly waiting for the rest of the people to get done.

I never told anyone that but one day online, someone else said almost the same exact thing.

Reminds me of the evil shaman getting Batman child to put his fearful memories into a safe. I’m divided on this strategy. On the one hand, it does seem to work.. for awhile. But eventually compartmentalization fails, usually during an out of control emotional event. I prefer to dissolve/evaporate such things into the primordial energy from whence they originated, but to each their own.
