for those of you who dislike astral parasites, here's a possible means of dealing with them:

And every time I listened to it, I decorated mine with jewels and after putting all my worries into it, I turned around and there was a big circle of people standing there with their own trunks calmly waiting for the rest of the people to get done. I never told anyone that but one day online, someone else said almost the same exact thing. That is very interesting. Reminds me of the evil shaman getting Batman child to put his fearful memories into a safe. I’m divided on this strategy. On the one hand, it does seem to work.. for awhile. But eventually compartmentalization fails, usually during an out of control emotional event. I prefer to dissolve/evaporate such things into the primordial energy from whence they originated, but to each their own. Evil shaman? Batman child? The CD I had, it was to help you relax. Put all your worries aside for now, you know? I think it may have been from the CD titled Flying Free. I like your idea of evaporating back to their origins.
