They struggle with the paralysis state which most ppl do. It’s the fear that stops the process or lack of knowledge on there visual.
Good thread tho
Quoting: Momota that paralysis state is something else, right?
first time i experienced it was as a young kid, maybe 4 years old. had a dream while it was happening that two strong men were trying to drown me in a creek. one of the men had a very shiny metallic watch on his wrist.
the next time it happened i was in my early twenties, having just read a friend's book on tantra yoga (which was a forbidden evil thing, according to the cult in which i was raised), but i sorta half-assed tried one or two of the practices, and woke up that night with the sleep paralysis where i couldn't move, and trying to cry out or scream just made mmmMMMmMmMmmmmmmmMMMmmmmrrraaaaWWWWWWW!!! sounds, when i finally broke free and was back in my body.
i guess those were kinda freaky experiences at the time.
both were without sufficient awareness.
the childhood one, i cannot say what triggered it.
the second one was triggered by tantra yoga.
so ya.. 'self pacing' is something worth noting here.
i am not your guru, nobody is.
one teacher i studied was fond of saying:
'the guru is within you'
but that same teacher also taught about self pacing,
and it is important.
if you're starting to feel a little emotional or 'stirred',
take a break from the binaurals for a day or two.
i deliberately only make them 30 mins max.
twice a day, morning and evening is probably ideal.
but don't listen to them all day every day,
unless you want to truly understand what i'm talking about right now!
