Lock him up for life. I don’t believe in the death penalty here now in my forties but I was all for it in my 30’s, 20’s, and as a kid.

I can make a million arguments why I’m against it and a million more why I was for it.

So with this ruling it is now established that DP as a result of administering a deadly injection is a viable punishment..(In Texas anyhow)
I can think of a pretty large number of people who may fall into this category.
I do know precident has already been set but this is still good news for future trials.
