I'm being forced out of my job due to the vaccine mandate

I'm a construction superintendent in California. I've been getting tested every 72 hours in order to continue working. Now, the client is instituting Vendor Mate verification for all vendors and contractors. In the new system, there's no longer an option for testing, even though I'm safer than most "vaccinated" individuals, who can still catch and spread covid just as easily, if not more so, than their non-vaccinated counterparts.

I'm diligent about getting tested and I present all of my negative lab test results, but that's no longer going to be accepted. After I post this, (I'm on OT--my Own Time, not Over Time--also known as uncompensated overtime), I 'm going to clean out my desk and schlep my belongings down to my truck, which I'll also be returning on Monday.

I can't say that I'll miss this job--I've been working 12 hour days for months-on-end, and no overtime compensation--not even straight time for overtime. I've been ok with that, as I always do what it takes to achieve a good outcome.

I'm sure there are ways to "game the system" in order to keep one's job, but in doing that, it wouldn't be me "standing up" to their tyranny, that would be me, hiding from it.

This project is going to fall apart for a while, because it's hard to find qualified individuals in my specialty, but that's just what is intended by all of this: collapse the system. They can have their "order from chaos" in the form of socialism and tyrannical governance. Half the country is going to love it, the other half will be sent to the gulags after a false flag is committed by the jailers, as a premise for imprisoning the ones who actually value their freedom.

Wife and I both left our jobs in August, she a longtime teacher and I was with the same electrical contractor for over 25 years and over 35 years in the trade.

We sold out and got out, came back east and now decided we like fishing and everyday being Saturday. I was close enough to retirement, it feels good being retired at 56.

It feels damned good as a matter of fact.

Just show up with a weapon, and make sure you don't miss any of those in charge of that decision. You don't have to do that today, any time in the future will work.
